What is the turnaround time for custom boxes?

Our standard turnaround time is 12-15 days, 15-25 days for larger volume orders.but rush options are available to meet your timeline.These turnarounds do not include transit time. The turnaround time begins once your artwork is approved .

Will I receive a proof after I place my order ?

After placed order , We will send a 2D digital proof of your custom packaging within 24 hours before the printing production process begins. You will have the opportunity to approve the proof and make any changes before we print your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose.

1. Express shipping option range from 3-7 days.

2. Air shipping options range from 7-15 days.

3. Sea shipping options range from 26-50 days, but can be longer and is unpredictable due to weather or package handling issues at the local carrier level.

Need your package to arrive earlier than scheduled? Consider splitting your shipment between air and sea transportation.
